libextutils-libbuilder-perl software package provides Perl module to compile standard, self-contained C libraries, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libextutils-libbuilder-perl
libextutils-libbuilder-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libextutils-libbuilder-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libextutils-libbuilder-perl *
You will get with libextutils-libbuilder-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
